Clean a copied list, a text export or a draft with unwanted blank rows. Removing those rows makes the retained content easier to review or paste elsewhere.
How the calculation works
Remove whitespace-only lines while preserving text on retained lines. Text remains in the browser. Words are groups of letters or numbers. Apostrophes, hyphens and underscores stay inside a word. Character counts use Unicode code points, which can differ from visible symbols. Leading/trailing spaces on nonblank lines remain.

What counts as a blank line?
A line with no text, or a line containing only whitespace, is removed.
Are spaces on the remaining lines changed?
No. Spaces on non-blank lines are preserved. Use Trim Whitespace Tool if you also want to clean spaces at the start or end of a line.
How do I copy the result or start again?
Select Copy result after running the tool to copy the displayed answer. Reset clears the text and result, so keep a separate copy of any text you want to save.
